电子地磅是一种比较耐用的电子称重设备，但是由于操作不当，外界干扰甚至于灾害性天气等原因也会出现问题。当地磅出现问题后，我们可以按以下步骤来分析解决。首先从仪表上显示的信息大致的判断分析其原因，一般情况下如果地磅出现问题，仪表上都会显示相应的故障代码，则可直接分析出其大致的原因，但有些故障因其使用环境与条件的特殊性，还要靠专业人员的实际经验来判断其原因。

经验分析：绝大数情况下是接线盒进水或有潮气

解决方式：把接线盒盖子打开，用吹风机吹或在太阳下晒，直至晒干，并建议接线盒内放入干燥剂。

2、电子地磅显示数据比实际重量偏轻

经验分析：秤体底下有异物或其中一个以上传感器损坏

解决方式：检查秤体下是否有异物，如果有清理掉，再查看是否正常，如果还是不正常，人到秤上的每个角上站一下，如果其中有哪个角的数据轻很多则为这个角的传感器损坏，换掉即可恢复正常。如果以上都正常，则重新标定正常即可。
